JDK: JDK BellSoft - Versão 21
1 - Meu computador, botão direito e clique em Propriedades >
2 - Configurações Avançadas do sistema >
3 - Variáveis do Ambiente >
4 - Adicionar as seguintes classes:
CLASSPATH  - .;JAVA_HOME  Não e : é 
;
JAVA_HOME -  C:\Program Files\BellSoft\LibericaJDK-21\
PATH              -  C:\program files\bellsoft\libericajdk-21\bin\

Windows 10 / 11 >

1 - Aperte a tecla Windows do teclado e digite: Configurações Avançadas do sistema >
2 - Variáveis do Ambiente >
3 - Adicionar as seguintes classes:
CLASSPATH  - .;JAVA_HOME  Não e : é 
;
JAVA_HOME -  C:\Program Files\BellSoft\LibericaJDK-21\
PATH              -  C:\program files\bellsoft\libericajdk-21\bin\

Abre o CMD e verifique com o comando: java -version tem que mostrar a versão 21.0 instalado.. ficará assim:

 dado.png.90650b6923e8c2c363e2c52f10c14f45.png

XAMPPxampp 8.0
Instale o modulo 
MySQL e de START todas as vezes que for usar.

Navicat: Navicat Versão 15.0 
Versão Teste de 15 dias.

Apenas descompactar e fazer o uso.

PS Login ROOT configurei sem senha, caso o seu tenha use a sua senha NECESSÁRIO COLOCAR SUA SENHA
nome da Data Base L2JGUARDIAN altere se quiser.
Existe um backup feito dentro da pasta backup (L2Guardian.nb3) é para jogar dentro do seu Navicat e executar para criar as tabelas mas também é possível usar a pasta db_installer com os executores, fica ao seu critério.

Boa diversão a todos, obrigado ao @L2-KING, por ter disponibilizado os links, arquivos e permissão para criar esse tutorial pra quem não sabe criar/instalar um servidor sozinho.
