if you want to start 2 servers, you have to divide the login file (Login/RegisterGameServer), you have to register them both differently (for example; ServerId -1 and the other ServerId -2) 

copy the hexid.txt it creates and move it to (Game/config)

the next step is to change in one of the servers in the file (Game/Config / server) GameserverPort = 7777 from 7777 to 7778

Open in the System to file Localization.ini and change the "Language=" to "Language=0",now save the file and test to confirm the change.
