Problemas com o update

Galera, alguém sabe como resolver esse problema? tem uma galera que ta tendo quando vai dá o full check no update!

O próprio erro está se comunicando com vc, ali ele diz que seu anti-vírus corrompeu algum arquivo por ser suspeito de vírus, ali diz também para que vc abra uma exceção no mesmo ou desative o mesmo, faça o teste re-instalando seu client e fazendo o procedimento com o anti-vírus.
