alterar buff

Question

aonde que eu altero o tempo dos buff na l2jdream na dream vip 255 ja procurei em todo lugar e não  acho ja fui nesse  caminho aqui game\config\main/altgame  fui nessa linha aqui e ativei

tava assim antes ela

deixei assim ela agora
