como deixo o char de ADM no l2jdream nas outras rev é mais fácil deixar o char de ADM se alguém puder me ajudar eu gradeço

Boa noite!

Vai na pasta config\admin\access

Pega o arquivo example.cfg,  crie uma copia do arquivo e renomeie com o nome desejado, ou coloque ADM.cfg

Abra ele com o Bloco de Notas, ou outro software de edição que você tiver e deixe basicamente como o exemplos a baixo, so mude onde eu expliquei, depois salve.

Lembre-se de deixar ele no mesmo formato .cfg.
